Shipping policy

The Consignment Gallery does not currently offer delivery or shipping services. All purchased items must be picked up at our store located at 294 South River Road in Bedford, NH. No appointment is needed to pick up purchases during store hours.

You’re welcome to make your own shipping arrangements or hire a mover to retrieve your purchases if you’d prefer not to pick them up yourself. We are happy to provide recommendations for local third-party moving companies and can provide product measurements in order to determine the approximate dimensional weight for shipping purposes. Please take note of our store hours when arranging a pickup date and time with your moving company.

Items must be picked up in store within seven days of purchase. Purchased items left beyond the initial seven day period will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee.

The Consignment Gallery will in no way be held responsible or liable for any damage that may occur between the time the item is purchased and when it is picked up, nor will it be held responsible or liable for any damage that may occur in transit or while items are being loaded or unloaded.
